About the role
Zebra Technologies develops smart solutions for organizations and their employees. This role leads customer master data delivery and designs Salesforce solutions, enterprise integrations, and AI-enabled data processes.
What you'll do
- Lead CMDM backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization
- Design Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, Flows, and its data model
- Build integrations between Salesforce and Oracle and Siebel systems
- Define customer data quality, matching, deduplication, and stewardship standards
- Implement AI and machine learning solutions for master data processes
- Coordinate testing, defect resolution, upgrades, and system enhancements
