About the role

MKS Atotech provides automated electro-mechanical equipment and related services for industrial process industries. The manager will lead service engineers, improve equipment reliability and service operations, and support customers and business growth across India.

What you'll do

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Engineers
Establish preventive maintenance programs and improve equipment reliability
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Plan equipment retrofits, upgrades, and modernization projects
Optimize service delivery costs, spare parts, and service revenue
Visit customers and resolve concerns while tracking service quality KPIs
