About the role
Delta Capita provides managed services, consulting and technology solutions for financial services firms. This manager will oversee OTC equity derivatives confirmations, manage operations analysts and improve controls and workflows.
What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end OTC equity derivatives confirmation processing
- Manage daily trade confirmations, affirmations and matching
- Maintain controls and align procedures with regulatory frameworks and ISDA definitions
- Lead audits and respond to regulatory inquiries
- Manage, train and mentor back-office operations analysts
- Drive workflow automation and system upgrades through UAT
