Field Executive Service

Otis provides elevator and escalator maintenance and mobility services. The Service Executive maintains assigned units, troubleshoots breakdowns, and supports customers at service sites.

• Maintain elevator and escalator units on assigned routes
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs
• Respond to breakdowns and work toward first-time fixes
• Conduct scheduled maintenance to prevent callbacks
• Generate T leads and close T Orders on time
• Communicate with customers and build relationships during site visits
