About the role
Johnson Controls provides building security and automation systems, including access control, fire alarms, CCTV and building management systems. The Field Service Engineer installs, maintains and troubleshoots these systems at client sites.
What you'll do
- Install, commission, test and maintain security and building systems
- Diagnose hardware, software and network issues
- Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance
- Configure and troubleshoot servers, workstations and system software
- Support system upgrades, expansions and migrations
- Prepare service reports and provide end-user guidance
