About the role
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics provides clinical diagnostic systems and solutions for laboratories and healthcare providers. The Finance Controller oversees India legal entity accounting, reporting, taxation, internal controls, audits, and the finance team.
What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with US and local GAAP and tax laws
- Lead statutory audits, tax audits, and financial and tax filings
- Oversee accounting, payables, inventory, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
- Maintain internal controls and improve finance policies and processes
- Recruit, motivate, and develop the finance team
