Food and Beverage Controls Executive - The Hoxton Bengaluru City

The Hoxton operates neighbourhood hotels with restaurants, bars and guest spaces. The Food and Beverage Controls Executive will monitor costs, reconcile inventory, investigate variances and prepare control reports.

• Review daily purchases, stock movements and food and beverage costs
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock
• Verify recipe costing, menu pricing and portion standards
• Investigate variances in revenue, discounts, voids and wastage
• Prepare food, beverage and inventory control reports
• Support month-end inventory valuation and audit processes
