About the role
Cytiva provides solutions for biological research, vaccines, medicines, and cell and gene therapies. The FP&A Analyst will manage planning cycles, forecasts, financial close, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
What you'll do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and quarterly close activities
- Analyze cost drivers, including headcount and contractors
- Publish dashboards, scorecards, and financial reports
- Identify business performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Consolidate operating results and investigate variances
- Maintain SOPs and participate in process simplification projects
