About the role
Trane Technologies develops climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation. You will support Oracle R12 Project Accounting, resolve production issues and improve finance operations.
What you'll do
- Resolve production support tickets for Oracle R12 Project Accounting
- Analyze root causes and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues
- Support project costing, billing, revenue processing and accounting validation
- Assist with month-end transactions, reconciliations and General Ledger transfers
- Coordinate incidents, defects, testing and enhancements with business and IT teams
- Maintain functional documentation, test scenarios and root cause reports
