About the role
Candescent provides digital banking, account-opening and branch solutions for financial institutions. You will enable product teams to deploy and operate services reliably on GCP through infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational readiness work.
What you'll do
- Enable safe deployments of applications and infrastructure from development to production
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles
- Develop infrastructure as code for services and cloud resources
- Respond to production incidents and drive operational issues to closure
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve developer self-service
- Identify reliability, scaling, automation, and cost optimisation improvements
