About the role
Candescent provides digital banking, account opening, and branch solutions for financial institutions. You will lead Webflow development, integrate marketing systems, and oversee the India web team’s quality and delivery.
What you'll do
- Own Webflow site architecture, integrations, hosting, and publishing workflows
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible, high-performance pages
- Implement Marketo forms and analytics tracking across the website
- Review code and designs, lead QA, and improve site performance
- Prioritise and oversee the India web team’s work and coach team members
