About the role
Candescent provides digital banking, account opening and branch solutions for financial institutions. The Commercial Counsel will negotiate customer and partner contracts, advise business teams on legal risk and support commercial contract playbooks.
What you'll do
- Negotiate customer licensing and sales contracts
- Draft commercial contracts with product exhibits, SLAs and SOWs
- Negotiate customer data processing agreements
- Advise business clients on contract interpretation and risk
- Prepare and update customer contract playbooks
- Assist with partner and vendor agreements
