About the role
Candescent provides digital banking, account opening, and branch solutions for financial institutions. This analyst will collect receivables, resolve billing and payment disputes, apply cash, and support month-end reporting.
What you'll do
- Collect outstanding receivables across customer accounts
- Contact customers about past-due balances and follow up
- Research payment delays, account discrepancies, and billing disputes
- Track collection activity and maintain account records
- Apply cash and monitor open service tickets
- Provide account status updates and collection forecasts
