• Manage daily cash collections across hotel departments
• Verify, reconcile and securely deposit cash collections
• Maintain petty cash and process authorised reimbursements
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconciliation statements
• Record, balance and replenish departmental cash floats
• Investigate cash discrepancies and maintain supporting documentation
