• Own end-to-end payroll delivery across assigned markets
• Monitor payroll service KPIs and resolve recurring exceptions
• Maintain statutory, tax and labour compliance controls
• Coordinate payroll dependencies with internal teams and providers
• Drive process simplification, automation and cost optimization
• Lead payroll teams and develop their capabilities
