About the role
PhonePe operates a digital payments platform and offers financial products and consumer technology businesses. The HR Business Partner will guide workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness for the Customer Experience function.
What you'll do
- Translate business strategies into HR plans for Customer Experience
- Align headcount plans with operational targets and budgets
- Review organizational structures, roles, and workflows
- Design onboarding, performance, succession, and development processes
- Monitor employee sentiment and develop retention interventions
- Apply inclusive recruitment and equitable talent practices
