About the role
Trane Technologies creates climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. The HR Business Partner will advise leaders and deliver talent, employee relations, change, analytics, and rewards initiatives for its India engineering and technology centers.
What you'll do
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and advise senior leaders
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
- Advise people leaders and employees on employee relations matters
- Drive organizational change and culture initiatives
- Use HR metrics to inform decisions and measure HR initiatives
- Support compensation reviews, learning programs, and HR projects
