HR Generalist

ShopOS builds AI agents for the ecommerce stack. The People Associate will support HR operations, employee engagement, and hiring for the Bangalore office.

• Track attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
• Support onboarding, employee records, and exit processes
• Organize employee events and support engagement initiatives
• Assist with performance review cycles and documentation
• Schedule interviews, source candidates, and maintain candidate trackers
• Respond to basic employee queries and coordinate internal support
