HRBP - Lending Sales

PhonePe operates a digital payments platform serving consumers and merchants in India. The HR business partner will support staffing, talent management, employee relations and HR operations for the lending sales business.

• Align workforce requirements with the operating plan and structure
• Review candidate profiles, interview candidates and coordinate offers
• Execute performance management and performance improvement processes
• Analyze frontline attrition and take corrective action
• Visit regional sales offices and address employee queries
