• Perform static and dynamic sign-off at block and full-chip levels
• Estimate power for blocks and full chips using vector and vectorless methods
• Conduct signal and power electromigration sign-off
• Implement custom power grids for blocks and hard macros
• Analyze power delivery networks across board, package, interposer, and die
• Optimize bump assignments and package routing with SoC and packaging teams
