IT Engineer

Endor Labs builds software security products that help organizations secure AI-generated code and software. The IT Engineer will support employees and manage endpoints, access, business applications, networking, and office technology.

• Set up laptops and provision access for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Support macOS and Windows devices and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
• Manage endpoint security, device configuration, software deployment, patching, and compliance
• Administer user accounts, SSO, and access to corporate applications
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and office A/V issues
• Manage IT assets and improve IT processes through automation
