About the role
Evident Digital Pathology combines microscopy, imaging, software, robotics and AI for clinical digital pathology workflows. The IT Support Engineer will troubleshoot employee devices, applications, networks and access, and manage IT service requests and assets.
What you'll do
- Provide L1/L2 support across Mac, Windows and Linux environments
- Install and troubleshoot computers and peripherals
- Set up user accounts, access and endpoint security
- Resolve IT service tickets within defined SLAs
- Maintain endpoint updates, IT inventory and support documentation
- Coordinate hardware repairs and escalate complex issues
