About the role

Signify develops lighting products and connected lighting solutions for homes, offices, and cities. This engineer will manage engineering applications and software licenses, providing application support and improving service reliability and license utilization.

What you'll do

Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and retirement of engineering applications
Deploy and monitor applications across on-premises and cloud environments
Provide Level 2 support and resolve application and licensing issues
Administer software licenses, utilization, entitlements, and compliance records
Generate license utilization reports and identify optimization opportunities
Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes using ITIL processes
