About the role
Trane Technologies develops climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation. You will lead Oracle solution design, development and integration while guiding delivery, engineering practices and technical issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Lead Oracle EBS, OIC and Fusion Cloud solution design and integration
- Drive Lean Agile delivery and DevSecOps practices
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions
- Coach team members on engineering quality, security and delivery
- Provide technical direction during critical incident resolution
- Support Oracle roadmap planning, governance and engineering standards
