About the role
Thomson Reuters provides specialized software, information, and insights to professionals across legal, tax, accounting, compliance, government, and media. The consultant will implement and configure client software solutions, guide testing and go-live, and support customers throughout delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead client software implementations from kickoff through go-live and handover
- Gather business requirements and recommend suitable product configurations
- Configure, test, and deploy software solutions using SQL
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve implementation issues
- Deliver customer training and support production readiness
- Travel to client locations for workshops and implementation activities
