About the role
LSEG provides financial markets infrastructure and data, and the team develops enterprise-ready technology for data and analytics operations. You will lead a team delivering production AI and data science solutions, including NLP and generative AI, for financial analytics workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor senior data scientists
- Define technical strategy and success criteria for AI/ML initiatives
- Develop, deploy, and optimize production AI models
- Own the vision for data management and analytics frameworks
- Partner with business and engineering teams on scalable solutions
- Establish model quality, governance, and reproducibility practices
