About the role
PhonePe operates a UPI payments platform and offers products across several fintech segments. The HR Compliance Lead will oversee statutory compliance, audits, employee compliance support, and governance across group entities.
What you'll do
- Oversee statutory registrations, remittances, and filings across group entities
- Coordinate internal, statutory, and external audits
- Liaise with labour authorities and manage regulatory inquiries
- Resolve employee grievances and support statutory benefits queries
- Set compliance team direction, vendor standards, and operating procedures
- Develop MIS dashboards and adopt compliance management systems
