About the role
NXP Semiconductors develops semiconductor products. The Lead PDN/EMIR Engineer will own PDN signoff, drive power integrity closure, develop signoff methodologies and support tapeout delivery.
What you'll do
- Own full-chip and subsystem PDN signoff for complex SoCs
- Define signoff criteria and drive power integrity closure across operating modes
- Lead package-aware IR/EM analysis and chip-package co-optimization
- Automate PDN flows and improve regression infrastructure
- Collaborate with design, DFT, package and thermal teams on signoff issues
- Mentor engineers and lead technical reviews and signoff governance
