About the role
Cyderes provides identity and access management, exposure management, and managed detection and response services to organizations. You will lead IAM managed services delivery, manage a team, and oversee client relationships, service performance, and operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of IAM professionals and support their development
- Oversee IAM managed services delivery and compliance with service-level goals
- Manage client relationships and lead service review meetings
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for IAM production issues
- Develop operational policies and allocate team resources
- Prepare statements of work and participate in pre-sales discussions
