Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Zeta provides cloud-native banking and payment platforms for financial institutions. The Lead Site Reliability Engineer will establish the SRE site, lead incident response, and improve service availability and operational automation.

• Establish the SRE site and help build an inclusive SRE team
• Provide technical leadership to the local team and partner leads
• Guide teams on service availability, performance, and automation
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Lead incident management and drive MTTR against incident SLAs
• Maintain complete alert coverage across applications, infrastructure, security, and flows
