About the role
Cisco provides networking, security, and infrastructure technology for organizations. This manager will lead global accounting close and compliance operations while driving finance automation and transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close across multiple legal entities
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal accounting policies
- Manage and mentor the finance team and establish performance KPIs
- Investigate reconciliation gaps and implement corrective actions
- Drive finance automation using AI, machine learning, and RPA
- Measure and report automation benefits and operational improvements
