About the role
Swiggy Instamart delivers groceries and other products to customers on demand. The Legal Counsel will support compliance operations, policies, regulatory matters, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Facilitate acquisition of required compliance certificates, licenses, and registrations
- Audit and implement compliance policies
- Support stakeholders on compliance issues, transactions, and statutory matters
- Deliver compliance training and communications
- Track notices and prepare responses
- Prepare compliance reports, filings, and records
