What you'll do
- Lead civil, commercial, labour and regulatory litigation matters
- Develop litigation strategy and manage external counsel
- Handle employment investigations, disciplinary actions and legal advice
- Lead compliance frameworks and regulatory initiatives
- Build legal processes, dashboards and governance mechanisms
- Support M&A, regulatory projects and IPO readiness
