About the role
The logistics team coordinates vehicle movement and deliveries. The Logistics Coordinator books vehicles, tracks deliveries, and resolves issues with drivers, warehouses, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Book 20–25 vehicles daily based on delivery requirements
- Coordinate drivers from vehicle booking through successful delivery
- Track live deliveries and follow up on delays and exceptions
- Arrange replacement vehicles when a driver or vehicle fails
- Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle tracking records
