About the role
Kyndryl runs and modernizes mission-critical technology systems for businesses across industries. This person will administer CICS environments, troubleshoot transaction-processing issues, and support upgrades, integrations, and disaster recovery.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, and maintain CICS environments
- Manage CICSplex infrastructure and transaction processing environments
- Troubleshoot CICS availability and performance issues
- Support CICS upgrades and migrations
- Maintain resiliency and disaster recovery readiness
- Integrate CICS with DB2, MQ, RACF, and z/OS services
