What you'll do
- Lead z/OS system programming initiatives
- Design resilient and scalable mainframe infrastructure
- Perform upgrades, migrations, and SMP/E maintenance
- Support JES, CICS, DB2, IMS, and MQ components
- Resolve critical incidents and conduct root cause analysis
- Improve automation, performance, capacity, and disaster recovery
