About the role
Collins Aerospace develops aerospace and defense systems, including solutions for aircraft customers. The manager will lead electrical certification engineers and oversee project planning, budgets, risks, team development and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead the electrical certification team across multiple business units
- Manage and develop engineers in certification and qualification testing
- Plan projects, budgets, schedules and performance standards
- Manage program risks and develop mitigation plans
- Assess team competencies and arrange training and performance discussions
- Drive process improvements and strategic growth opportunities for test equipment
