About the role
Otis manufactures, installs and services elevators and escalators. This engineer will design and integrate elevator electrical subsystems, create technical documentation and support testing and commissioning.
What you'll do
- Design and integrate elevator electrical subsystems
- Create wiring harnesses, schematics and electrical circuit drawings
- Select and size electrical components for control and power circuits
- Generate bills of materials and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Support site teams with testing, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Visit sites to diagnose complex issues and implement solutions
