About the role
PhonePe builds digital payments, distribution and financial services platforms. This role leads employment compliance programs, advises HR and business teams, and manages regulatory engagement and labor law implementation.
What you'll do
- Design policies and procedures for enterprise employment compliance
- Monitor employment compliance programs, systems and training
- Assess compliance risks and recommend controls or policy improvements
- Represent corporate compliance positions to regulators and external agencies
- Draft and vet statutory notices and track their closure
- Ensure contractor compliance and implement labor code requirements
