About the role
Dentsu Global Services provides finance planning and reporting support for its CXM operations. This person will maintain cost models, analyze actuals against forecasts, partner with regional teams, and prepare leadership reporting.
What you'll do
- Maintain the cost model and reconcile actuals with forecasts
- Analyze cost variances and explain their business drivers
- Validate headcount forecasts with offshore and nearshore teams
- Prepare reporting narratives and materials for senior leaders
- Support monthly and quarterly planning and reporting cycles
