• Own the lifecycle of core CRM capabilities from discovery through iteration
• Define the CRM product strategy and roadmap
• Drive adoption, conversion, and customer outcomes
• Use customer feedback and usage data to prioritize product investments
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align product roadmaps
• Manage Product Managers and raise product execution standards
