About the role
PhonePe builds digital platforms for payments, financial services and digital distribution. This person will run anti-corruption compliance processes, including third-party due diligence, contract reviews, certifications and audit support.
What you'll do
- Manage key components of the group anti-corruption compliance program
- Identify third-party intermediaries and coordinate due diligence with business units
- Review due diligence reports for ownership, PEPs, litigation, sanctions and adverse media
- Review TPI contracts and manage annual certification workflows
- Monitor approved and rejected TPIs and circulate periodic MIS reports
- Support audits by providing data and developing management action plans
