About the role
Caterpillar is a global manufacturer whose Treasury team manages financial operations and controls. This manager will lead regional treasury processes, a Mexico-based team, budget and audit activities, and reporting improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage treasury processes and projects for the U.S. and Mexico
- Lead the Mexico team delivering treasury processes and services
- Coordinate global Treasury audits, SOX controls, and remediation
- Prepare monthly budget reporting and analyze budget results
- Manage dealer financing and country exposure reporting
- Lead process improvement, standardization, and reporting automation
