NAM Tax Compliance Senior Manager

Diageo makes alcoholic beverages and manages global tax and finance operations. This role will lead NAM tax compliance and reporting, manage a team, and improve compliance processes through standardization and automation.

• Prepare and review direct and indirect tax returns and related GL reconciliations
• Review and approve transfer pricing adjustments for assigned territories
• Lead group, cash tax, and forecast reporting within scope
• Manage direct reports and support succession planning
• Drive automation and standardization of tax compliance processes
• Coordinate tax audits, controls, and external advisor delivery
