About the role
Lokal operates focused apps connecting people in smaller Indian cities and towns with content, services, and opportunities. This person will improve sales operations and business performance through KPI analysis, cross-functional execution, reporting, and automation.
What you'll do
- Own business performance across the sales operations funnel
- Analyze funnel metrics and implement corrective action plans
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for operational KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve conversion and revenue
- Define and improve SLAs, process adherence, and team productivity
- Drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve scalability
