About the role
Arctic Engines provides human training data and feedback pipelines for AI models. You will lead large-scale video annotation operations, managing the workforce, production plans, quality workflows and delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage annotators, reviewers, team leads and freelancers
- Coordinate sourcing support, onboarding, training, scheduling and task allocation
- Build capacity and production plans and track performance against targets
- Coordinate annotation and quality-control workflows and resolve operational blockers
- Maintain SOPs, production trackers and client-ready progress reports
- Partner with product and tooling teams to improve annotation workflows
