QC Lead - Physical AI Video Annotation

Arctic Engines provides training data, RLHF, and human feedback pipelines for AI models. The QC Lead will oversee annotation reviews, standards, error analysis, and quality processes for industrial video datasets.

• Lead reviewers and establish calibration, feedback, and rework processes
• Audit video chunking, action boundaries, keypoints, labels, and descriptions
• Check timestamp accuracy, coverage, and label consistency
• Define QC checklists and sampling plans, and track quality metrics
• Resolve ambiguous cases, update guidelines, and coach annotators
• Validate structured outputs and address workflow or export issues
