About the role
Huron Consulting Group helps clients with strategic, digital and organizational transformation. The consultant will configure and support Oracle Fusion Benefits, manage production service requests and incidents, and improve benefits administration for clients.
What you'll do
- Configure benefit plans, eligibility, workflows, rates, and coverage
- Support enrollment, life events, dependents, and beneficiaries
- Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and configuration changes
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support
- Support benefits integrations with Core HR and Payroll
- Improve benefits processes and support year-end cycles
