About the role
Light & Wonder’s corporate team provides services across the enterprise. This consultant will configure and support Oracle Service Contracts and related modules, coordinate testing and deployments, and resolve production issues.
What you'll do
- Configure and support Oracle Service Contracts and Installed Base
- Manage contract creation, renewals, billing, pricing, and entitlements
- Gather requirements and perform functional design and testing
- Coordinate UAT and support production deployments
- Validate RICEFW components with technical teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and train users
