About the role
Databricks provides a unified Data and AI Platform for organizations building data and AI applications, analytics, and agents. This person will design and run global partner enablement operations, improving governance, reporting, workflows, and automation.
What you'll do
- Own partner enablement planning cadences, governance, and execution frameworks
- Run business reviews and use metrics to support leadership decisions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across regions and manage dependencies
- Build dashboards for partner engagement, program performance, and risks
- Design workflows, intake mechanisms, service levels, and operating procedures
- Implement automation and AI-enabled workflows for partner operations
